Cura Romana seemed too good to be true
This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. I thought that Cura Romana seemed too good to be true but I'm so glad I followed the pull to do it. The program was easy to follow, incredibly effective, and with my new-found knowledge of the way my body works I continued to lose weight even throughout Consolidation. I loved the Consolidation program, the materials were fantastic and I refer to them on a regular basis. The recipes are great, especially the ones for linseed crackers which were a lifesaver. I still make them. My scales have now become my friends, after avoiding them the whole of my adult life. Leslie's support and all the resources she provided me with have been invaluable. Good overall
Was good really. I lost abt 6 pounds in th first week unfortunately I didn't do that well with the diet but im sure if i followed it properly i would have lost alot more than i did. Only problem i had is the number of times you have to spray during the day.Kashaya in United Kingdom
