This is an 8 minute High Intensity Interval workout. Various full body functional movements are performed for 30 seconds at high intensity followed by an active yoga recovery pose for 90 seconds. All fitness levels are shown so everyone can benefit from the incredible effectiveness of this workout. High Intensity Interval workouts can be done 1-4 times a week depending on individual goals.
