Cura Romana seemed too good to be true
This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. I thought that Cura Romana seemed too good to be true but I'm so glad I followed the pull to do it. The program was easy to follow, incredibly effective, and with my new-found knowledge of the way my body works I continued to lose weight even throughout Consolidation. I loved the Consolidation program, the materials were fantastic and I refer to them on a regular basis. The recipes are great, especially the ones for linseed crackers which were a lifesaver. I still make them. My scales have now become my friends, after avoiding them the whole of my adult life. Leslie's support and all the resources she provided me with have been invaluable. changed my perception
For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. Cura Romana is not like a "diet" at all

It's such a liberating and magical process
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to run and provide support for Cura Romana.
