BBC Radio 4 recently contacted me for my permission to re-broadcast an interview I did with Professor Anthony Clare on “In the Psychiatrist’s Chair”. Born in Dublin in 1942, Dr Clare’s broadcasts were fascinating to listen to. He became the voice of psychiatry to millions in the British Isles for more than two decades. His goal with his interviews was always simple: To uncover and reveal the inner life of the famous and successful. I was honored when he asked me if he could do an in-depth interview about me and my life. His questions are candid, probing and sometimes unsettling. I started this 2-weeks ago and have lost 5kg, with another 5 to go. I also bought the book, which I think you need as I have referred back to it alot. You need to have space for this diet in your schedule as it is the most strict diet I have ever been on, but it works and if you stick to it the weight flies off. Its working wonders, I have felt tired, but the results are worth it. It has stopped my 'few' glasses of wine habit in the evening as well, so feeling good about the detox. Thoroughly recommend but you have to have space for the regime, I waited 4-weeks before starting as we had visitors/holidays and I could not have fitted in. Plus you have to change some beauty products/soaps and buy certain stuff in. So not a cheap fix, but I am really pleased with the results in just 2-weeks.

The spray IS GENUINE and IT WORKS

It moves it from an innaccessible sore to an accessible one. Even your wrinkles will get filled so do not worry. THIS IS NOT A HORMONE!!! Never mess around taking hormones. This spray uses same neuro pathway and neuro centre as the HCG and has the same effect as the HCG but IS NOT a hormone. One downside: once you identified foods you should not eat during consolidation, you do have to stop eating them. You cannot go back to your former way of earting. Do not undertake this protocol if you are not serious about giving up those favourite foods that caused you to put on weight (and never get it off) in the first place... If you think that following the protocol is difficult, please re-consider-this is the easy part. Staying clean is!! I don't want to put anyone off because I don't believe there is anything like this out there but you do have to be serious about not only your weight but your health...

Great stuff

I use this in conjunction with the CuraRomana weightloss plan and have used it 7 times now, I mean I have done the plan 7 times and have lost a total of 3 stone and by following her advice I am managing to keep it off although I have a 'steak' day once week using wild slamon.
