I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan. How to change eating habits, how food influences our entire well being, how important it is to get in touch with ones body, which is the temple of God`s Spirit within us and therefore a living expression of his amazing creativity and love to every human being. Beyond that, there is wonderful practical advice, like the detailed foodplan on HCG diet as on Consolidation. As a Cura Romana repeater, I gladly accept the recipes, some of them I involved in my daily menu plan. Leslie's high recommendation of writing down every day for 15 minutes your thoughts, based on the book of Brenda Ueland is another great revelation. It truly helps to get in touch with our very inner self and thoughts. The problem free functioning from ordering the spray, the set up and daily guidelines of the program by Aaron Kenton I certainly like also to highlight. To me the entire Cura Roman program is like discovering a complete new land, where I am not forced into something, no - I feel encouraged and guided like on fine "wings" to discover. I followed the instructions and lost significant amounts of weight quite easily. The diet did make me tired though. And as long as I avoid eating processed foods i.e. just fresh and generally quite low carbs the weight is staying off.Scarlette in United Kingdom

I loose weight consistently and safely and I feel clean clear and energetic as I'm doing it. I feel like my real self is emerging.
