I discovered I actually liked myself again
Before beginning Cura Romana I felt very excited, confident and full of anticipation over what was to come. I knew without doubt that the program would work for me and I was very eager to start. I'd recently concluded that I needed to nurture myself and this was my gift to me, to enable me to find 'the old me' that I had lost contact with over recent years. On the program I lost 22.6 pounds and by the end I discovered I actually liked myself again.
