For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. I've tried various complementary therapies - herbalism, acupuncture, chiropractic, educational kinesiology, aromatherapy and reflexology. Nothing has helped to reduce my weight permanently. With Cura Romana everything is different. I know I have found the key. This is not a quick fix "lose a stone a month" only to put a stone and a half back on next month. I no longer feel separation between mind and body. I feel re-connected and integrated with mind, body and spirit working in harmony. I'm amazed at the changes in myself.
