I have done the program and have been amazed at the results. Initially I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. Aaron & Leslie makes some very high claims: rapid and safe weight loss, no cravings, increased well-being including increased energy, awareness and clarity, and long-term stabilisation of weight loss. Sounds like a dream! Well, surprisingly, shockingly: it works! It's like a whole new chapter in the world of healthy nutrition. I am one of those people that has tried pretty much every diet there is on the planet. They usually promise a lot but don't deliver. This is quite different. Of course with every diet there are two elements, clarifying what you are meant to eat and dealing with cravings to eat other things that you are not meant to eat. Do it Together!!
I'm just into week one; weighed 9st and now I'm 8st 8lbs.. Was a bit hungry but I guess that will serve me right for not 'feasting' properly the two days before:-( After a few days your energy will pick up and the recipes are great in the book; I improvised using different meats/fish or slightly changed flavourings. It's also a great help if you can do it with a friend or two as this encourages you more. You need to read the book first and ask yourself if you really can follow the plan which is rather regimented..as one of the girls in our group of four is struggling and on the verge of throwing in the towel!Rean4Peace in United Kingdom

This is my second purchase of this wonderful spray. I have hashimotos, and have put on about 3 stones since being diagnosed. I am taking Levothyroxine and Liothyronine(T3), but still no weight loss despite eating a low calorie healthy diet and exercising daily. I researched the internet and found out that so many had success with this special diet,I contacted Leslie Kenton. Leslie emailed me and was so supportive, I read her book and was so inspired, that I started on the Cura Romana diet and wow lost weight for the first time in five years. A Better Kind of Diet
As an energy medicine practitioner (specifically Chinese acupuncture) I was intrigued and cautiously delighted to find the Cura Romana diet which approaches weightloss multi-dimensionally rather than just physically. This was very attractive to me. I have my own weight issues (practitioners aren't immune lol) and I felt able to commit to this programme, even if only as an intriguing experiement. Frankly I'm delighted with the results. I didn't lose woodles of weight, but exactly as described, what I did lose came off my belly and my rump and I haven't got any nasty sagging as a result. Even more importantly, I absolutely know the homeopathic spray has played a defining role in this and I will definitely do it again. For me this offers a steady, sustainable and authentic way of reversing weight gain and improving health in a myriad of ways. It offers a way to clean up one's system on many levels with the weightloss almost a bonus. I didn't fnd it easy at first as the program requires strict adherence but the long term gain, for me at least, is priceless.
