It works!

The only diet I have tried that really works. It is hard work, but I was never hungry. Two disadvantages: it does get a bit boring eating the same things for 26 days and it is a rather long time. I never go for 26 days without having work dinners or birthday parties. But you just have to be strong and say no. If you stick to it, it really works and it is really worth it!

I am now on my second cycle with cura romana. Why? Because the first worked so well! I lost 13 lbs. I have already lost 8 lbs and my first week out of the three is not yet over. What absolutely delighted me was that the weight has stayed off easily. I felt hungry at times during my first cycle, especially in the first week or so, but this is not a problem this time. I would recommend this diet to anyone, especially to those who feel they are 'lumbered' with being overweight all their lives and have given up hope.
