This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. Life changing spray
I am halfway through the Curaromano diet, lost 20 lbs so far and feeling very well. I can honestly say that the spray is fantastic, I have not felt hungry, weak etc since starting the programme even though I cook for guests in our B and B. I am glad that I did it
I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas.
