For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. I've tried various complementary therapies - herbalism, acupuncture, chiropractic, educational kinesiology, aromatherapy and reflexology. Nothing has helped to reduce my weight permanently. With Cura Romana everything is different. I know I have found the key. This is not a quick fix "lose a stone a month" only to put a stone and a half back on next month. I no longer feel separation between mind and body. I feel re-connected and integrated with mind, body and spirit working in harmony. I'm amazed at the changes in myself. Food is now fuel for my body, I no longer crave sweet and starchy foods, in fact, I feel quite indifferent to them. I'm no longer driven by my cravings, and this has not taken one ounce of willpower. Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. The Cura Romana has changed my life I can't recommend it more highly. My mind set and eating habits have complety changed I have lost 25lbs and the weight has stayed off. I no longer eat the avending foods. My energy levels have sky rocketed my skin hair and nails have improved greatly. I feel great. It is a simple yet effective way to take control and develop awarness of what foods nourish and suit your individual body type. For me as I said it's been life changing. I could never go back to eating as I did before my relationship with good had changed. I feel so greatful for her wisdom and for the awarness I know have.
