Essential Spray + Food Plan

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. Spiritually I had some real 'ah has' around clarity of thought, my life direction, going into the stillness, and feeling much better aligned on my spiritual path.
