Clear The Poisons
Our earth and skies are riddled with poisonous chemicals and heavy metals. THE HUMBLE APPLE

A study involving 9,208 people found that those who ate the most apples over a 28-year period had the lowest risk of stroke. Apples can also help reduce the risk of diabetes. A huge study involving 187,382 people showed that those who ate 3 servings of apples a week had a 7% lower risk of developing type-2 diabetes compared to those who did not.
Set aside two or no more than three days for an Apple Detox. Buy yourself a box of organic apples, or three or four different kinds for variety. They must be organic. Eat as many as you like each day, but nothing else. You should eat the whole apple, including the peel, the seeds and the core. But, if you are generally well, then a short apple detox is an effective way to clear the decks for a new way of healthier living.
